Thanks for visiting Cross Pointe Online. When you visit this or any other website operated by Cross Pointe Church, we may choose to collect information about you and your visit. We may also collect information about the pages you visit on our website(s), how long you stay on each page, and information on our site that you may refer to others electroncall through various internet and social networking features. However, we may store and use this information for the purposes of ministering to you and contacting you as a church and as research data to improve our website and other communications ministries.

Children Online
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act of 1998. Photos of children appearing on our site are either purchased stock photographs, or pictures of children at public events held on the church campus or in another public venue where photography is appropriate and permitted. We do not collect, store or solicit information about any child under the age of 13. We realize that through fraud or deception it is poissble to receive information online pertaining to children under the age of 13, and if notified, our policy is to obtain parental consent or otherwise delete any stored information pertaining to the child from our servers.

Email Privacy
For email contacts, we use a third-party email system and store your email address electronically on this sytem. We do not share your email address with any outside organization. If you choose to "opt out" of our email system, your address is removed by our third-party system. When this removal occurs, as a safety feature to prevent spamming, we cannot add your address back into the system. This can only be done by you through a multi-step process.

Online Giving
We provide online giving through a third-party provider. This provider has security and transactional features through their website to facilitate this service. When you give online, you are leaving the Cross Pointe Church website and visiting a secured website to complete your transaction. Cross Pointe Church does not retain your credit or debit card information, checking account information or any personal financial information during the e-giving process. The church does keep a record of your actual gift for tax purposes, though these records are not stored on our website or web server.
