Norma Parker

Norma became a part of Cross Pointe's staff family in 2008. "I have worked in management and owned my own company prior to coming to Cross Pointe. I enjoy the variety of duties and the close fellowship with the other ladies on the staff," Norma comments. "I also love my off-campus Bible study group."

Norma came to Christ on January 25, 1962 in Pascagoula, Mississippi. "After several tragic events in my early childhood, my church family demonstrated great love and concern, and led me to the Lord."

Norma and her husband, Nick, have a daughter, Shelley, son Marc, two step-daughters, Sarianne and Dana (all grown), and two grandsons, Jacob and Elijah.

Favorite Scripture: Romans 1:16. "My prayer is to never be ashamed of God's Word."

Favorite Food: Crab legs

Favorite thing to do with free time: Reading and singing.

Something unusual most people don't know about Norma: "I was President of my freshman and sophomore class in college. My son-in-law is a record producer."

Norma is the World's Best at: "Loving my grandsons."

Something Norma learned from her parents: "My father always has a smile of his face, and I always try to do the same."
