Renee has been on Cross Pointe's staff team since January 2008. "For much of my life, I have enjoyed getting involved in different church ministries--youth, singles, music" Renee reflects. "God has formed in my heart a desire to serve others in the areas that I can. I know that He brought me to this position at Cross Pointe. He also allowed me great opportunities to work in the corporate world for years to hone important skills to be used to further His kingdom." Renee loves the lasting impact of her ministry role. "Knowing that the work I do is a small part of expanding the Kingdom of God on this earth is tremendous. And I've met some wonderful people at CP."

Renee was introduced to Christ as a child. "I first prayed a 'salvation prayer' at the age of 12 during the youth service. All I wanted at the time was to go to heaven and did not have a full knowledge of who Christ was. After graduating from college, the world was vey different from what I had imagined it. After some soul searching, Christ showed himself to me and transformed my mind and life. Life became exciting and meaningful!"

Favorite Scripture: Proverbs 3:5-6. "It's a reminder to always ask for God's direction and to trust Him when I'm at a crossroad of making decisions."

Favorite Food: Italian

Renee is the world's best at: "taking care of my family!"

Favorite thing to do with free time: "I like to watch romantic or action movies, to read biographical books, and to work out"

Favorite sports: Figure skating, baseball

Renee's favorite quote: "Sow a thought and reap an action, Sow an action and reap a habit, Sow a habit and reap a character, Sow a character and reap a destiny."

Something Renee learned from her parents: "They taught me to own up to my mistakes and be a responsible person. They taught me to work hard."
