Women’s Teacher/Small Group Leader
If you have a heart for encouraging other women in the exciting and powerful walk that comes from a personal relationship with God and are willing to be trained in that wonderful role, this position offers great opportunities, such as leading ongoing classes, facilitating study in small groups, or sharing specific trainings/gifts in seminars.
- When: Sunday mornings, weekday sessions (currently, Wednesday mornings and evenings), occasional seminars, conferences, retreats
- Training Offered: Yes
- Time Commitment: 1.5 to 2 hours weekly, or as opportunities are provided
- Spiritual Gifts Utilized: Teaching, Encouragement, Service and Administration

Women’s Mentor
The opportunity to encourage women who are younger, both spiritually and in life stage/circumstance, is a gift and a legacy which not only empowers the student, but also blesses the mentor. This ministry follows God’s plan for coming alongside other women—being available to help them grow in their personal walk with Christ, as well as in their relationships with others.

Women’s Missions Volunteers
For those whose passion lies in mission opportunities, these volunteer positions help the Women’s Ministry to function in liaison with the Missions Ministry of Cross Pointe by identifying, collecting information, and relaying those needs where women, in unison or individually, can best serve the body of Christ while carrying the hope of Christ to others.
